Step 1: Administration Concent

The Student Council must get permission from school administration to participate in this tournament. When you have permission, you must select a Tournament Manager. This person will be responsible for registering your school and participants. 

When your school has received permission to participate, your Tournament Manager must sign up your school as a "Tournament Location".
